But keep in mind, that there's still work to do once the deal is done. Nobody wants to make a $500k purchase on a home, just for the $2,500 fridge to break down a month later. As a personal gift, I'll pay off the first full year of your home warranty insurance.
In 2010, I left Maryland to join the United States Air Force fresh out of high school. By 2011 I found myself in Vegas stationed at Nellis Air Force Base working as a medic. In 2014, I was able to purchase my first home using a VA loan, which first sparked my passion for real estate. I loved Vegas so much, I decided to stay here once I completed my 8 years with the Air Force.
