At the helm of ChopValue Las Vegas is a native son of this dynamic city, Brooks Smith. With an extensive background in the restaurant industry, including the establishment of 12 McDonald's franchises across the Las Vegas region, the Smith family brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record. Brooks Smith, now President of ChopValue Las Vegas, reflects on his journey: “Growing up in Las Vegas, we provided many with their inaugural employment opportunities and witnessed their growth. This legacy extends across generations, and I now see the children of those individuals beginning their journeys with us. I observe a burgeoning wave of young, passionate individuals in the trades, eager to effect positive change. I aspire to offer them greater opportunities. Having been immersed in the restaurant industry for an extended period, I am determined to reshape my narrative and contribute to my community in new ways. Instead of waiting for change to happen, I am taking the lead in embracing the circular economy in my hometown.”
