Event Description
Please join Kamer Zucker Abbott for its next virtual Lunch with a Lawyer management workshop. During this interactive program, KZA partner Jody Florence will review the types of updates Nevada employers should consider for their handbooks and policies in light of recent decisions by the National Labor Relations Board in Stericycle and Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, as well as legislative changes to Nevada law.
The Lunch with a Lawyer management workshop will be offered via a Zoom meeting so that attendees can see and hear from each other. Jody will also facilitate a discussion amongst the meeting participants and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
This program is approved for 1.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® and 1.0 NVCLE General credits. An HR Certificate of Attendance will be provided upon request.
