Please join Kamer Zucker Abbott for its next virtual management workshop with special guest - speaker
Nevada Labor Commissioner Brett Harris.

KZA partner Jody Florence will host an interactive discussion with Commissioner Harris concerning the changes made to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act by Senate Bill 82. SB 82 made several significant changes to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act, NRS 338.01165, including removing the per job thresholds for apprentices and the waiver application process. Commissioner Harris will walk us through the changes, explain employer's new reporting requirements, and answer your questions.

This program will be offered in a Zoom meeting format with opportunities for participant questions.
