Welcome to What The Frappe!—Henderson, NV's premier coffee shop specializing in homemade frappes. Originally opened in 2014 inside our outfitter store in the Smoky Mountains, our journey began with a dedication to quality and authenticity. After our supplier's factory burned down, we refused to settle for the commercial base mixes filled with fake ingredients, chemicals, and emulsifiers. Instead, we created our own perfect frappe recipe, free of unhealthy additives and full of genuine flavor.

In 2023, we relocated to Las Vegas and introduced What The Frappe! in Henderson, NV. Our coffee shop offers a unique twist on the classic frappe—a milkshake-like drink made with coffee, originating from Greece in 1957. We enhance our frappes with fresh fruit and various flavors, creating delicious and refreshing options ideal for the desert climate. You can even customize your drink with our "Mad Scientist" option or request it without espresso. For an added nutritional boost, try our frappes with collagen or electrolytes.

Starting in June, visit us for breakfast with our tasty Bagels and Schmear options, including Sun-Dried Tomato, Basil, and Cream Cheese. Or indulge in our Brown Sugar Caramel and Cinnamon Smear. Pair these with our Smoked Salmon for a delightful meal. For lunch, enjoy our Charcuterie Board, featuring high-quality, interesting ingredients. Each lunch comes with a sample-size frappe to finish on a sweet note. End your day on a high note with our delectable desserts like cinnamon rolls topped with caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, or raspberry syrup.
