Sing to Soothe is a welcoming, no-pressure 90-minute breathwork and singing workshop designed to help adults unwind, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their inner calm through the power of the human voice. No musical experience needed! Discover how everyone—regardless of singing ability—can use their unique voice as a powerful tool for emotional regulation and healing.

Registration includes free red light therapy, cold plunge and/or infrared sauna during the workshop!

Sing to Soothe is a welcoming, no-pressure 90-minute breathwork and singing workshop designed to help adults unwind, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their inner calm through the power of the human voice. No musical experience needed! Discover how everyone—regardless of singing ability—can use their unique voice as a powerful tool for emotional regulation and healing.

Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced singer, this class is your invitation to let go of stress and simply sing.

🎶 What to Expect
Breathing and mindfulness exercises to quiet the mind
Gentle humming and chanting to release tension
Simple songs and soothing melodies to explore together (no experience needed!)
A supportive, judgment-free space to explore your voice
A small group of kind, like-minded participants
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more confident
You’ll take home simple breathing and vocal exercises you can incorporate into your daily routine for continued stress management and emotional well-being
