Step into the Prehistoric Spooky Forest for Dinoween—our annual Halloween bash! On Friday, October 31, from 10 AM to 3 PM, explore shadowy galleries and wander among “creepy” dino bones and lurking prehistoric creatures. Enjoy frightfully fun activities for all ages, including trick-or-treat stations, live critter encounters, face-painting, hands-on STEM experiments, and spooky arts and crafts. Discover mysterious museum treasures at haunted activity tables and conjure up some prehistoric chills and thrills!
Costumes are encouraged (family friendly, no masks for adults, please)—let your inner dino or creature run wild! Children ages 0-11 in costume receive FREE admission (all children must be accompanied by an adult). Event is included with museum admission or membership. Supplies are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
No outside food allowed; water with a lid is permitted and available for purchase in the gift shop.
We can’t wait to see your costumes in the forest shadows… if you dare!
