📚 Back-to-School Event Information – Please Read Before Purchasing Tickets!
This year's Back-to-School Event will look a little different, so please read the information below before purchasing your tickets.
🗓 Event Date: August 1st
🕙 Event Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
When purchasing your tickets, you will be asked to select a time slot**. This will be your designated time to attend the event.
**IMPORTANT** EVERYONE ATTENDING THE EVENT IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A TICKET REGARDLESS OF AGE
✂️ Haircuts
Haircuts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis during each time slot. Once you arrive, we highly recommend signing up for your child's haircut immediately, as appointments are limited and fill up quickly. Once all haircut appointments for your selected time slot have been claimed, no additional haircuts will be available.
🎒 What's Included with Your $12 Ticket
Every child with a ticket will receive:

A backpack filled with school supplies

The opportunity to receive a haircut (first come, first served)
Our goal is to make back-to-school preparation affordable for families while supporting our community through fundraising and our Back-to-School Supply Drive.
For just $12, your child can receive a backpack, school supplies, a meal, and the opportunity for a haircut. We can't wait to help your student get ready for an amazing school year!
**Time Slot Selection
When purchasing your ticket, you will select a designated one-hour time slot during checkout.
You may arrive at any time within your selected time slot, but you must leave the event before your time slot ends.
Example: If you select the 1:00–2:00 PM time slot, you are welcome to stay for the entire hour or simply stop by to pick up your backpacks and leave at any point before 2:00 P
