Chris Belmont Bio    https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-belmont/

Chris Belmont is a Consultant based in Las Vegas. She started in business as a minimum wage employee at Taco Bell and ended up running a multimillion-dollar restaurant franchise with 30 locations in multiple states. Her career spanned 30 years as a General Manager, Training Director, Multi-Unit Manager, and a VP of Operations before she founded Belmont Consulting.

She is a unique blend of her experiences and training. First and foremost, she has been a successful business leader, who focused on results and placed the highest priorities on accountability, integrity, and continued growth. In addition to putting an emphasis on developing her team, she always made time to continue to grow and develop her own skillset and broaden her knowledge. As a result, she earned various credentials and training certifications so that she could apply them to herself as well as those she led. Chris also studied and applied her work experience to earn human resources credentials.
The result is an experienced, passionate facilitator who understands how to get great results through people, break down barriers to success, and move large teams towards a common goal. She does this through the lens of a strategic HR professional, who utilizes some of the best training and development programs available.

She is also adept at working one on one with people, offering insight, and real-life experiences to help others reach their full potential. Individuals become better leaders, teammates, and more fully invested and engaged in the vision of the organization.

Chris delivers training and facilitation on multiple subjects, based on her real-world experience as a leader of people. She knows how to make the subject matter relatable, impactful, and actionable to people on the front lines, as well as the with the leaders of any organization. Her credibility and authenticity are based on her 30+ years of firsthand experience.  Chris uses this experience in coaching and mentoring people to cut through the noise and excuses and get to the root of obstacles when working with clients. Her belief is that while human nature, and sometimes organizational culture, is to resist change, most people can be motivated to embrace positive change. She uses her keen insight to determine which programs and training may best benefit an organization or individual, which is why she uses such a variety of training programs to supplement her leadership coaching services.

Her workshops are based on the idea that every team is different, and so every discussion will be different. She meets participants where they are, rather than forcing them to attend a boring lecture that does little to impact behaviors and workplace attitudes. Chris works with every group to ensure that there is a real impact on the culture of an organization. She leaves each team with a customized roadmap that will help them develop a culture that does not tolerate uncivil behavior, and lines up with the company’s goals and objectives.

Some of the additional programs include Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership and many of Blanchard Companies Training solutions. ELI, Inc Civil Treatment for Leaders, and Diversity & Inclusion, ServSafe Food Safety & Sanitation, and she is a Certified DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Trainer. Chris also holds aPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, and a SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resources Management.
