Mary Beth Hartleb, J.D., SPHR-CA, CPC
Mary Beth’s career spans over thirty years in the human resources field working for Fortune 500 companies while developing human resource departments for smaller, entrepreneurial ventures. Experienced in various industries including gaming, restaurant, association management, education, cannabis, telecommunications, retail, broadcasting, manufacturing, engineering and non-profits, she founded PRISM HR Consulting -Global Management Group, LLC in 2003. Prism HR supports local, national and international companies in all areas of HR.
Mary Beth has taught as adjunct faculty at Upsala College, University of Phoenix, Roseman University, UNLV continuing education programs and HR certification preparatory classes. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Neon Museum, the Board of Directors and IMPAC for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and serves on the development committee for the National Atomic Testing Museum.
Mary Beth earned a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Credentials include the Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR-CA) designation from the SHRM and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
