You will be exposed to both static and dynamic drills at multiple targets which vary in distance/type/presentation and increase in both
complexity and difficulty. This IS NOT a course in which students are repeatedly exposed to “No Win” type scenarios. All training metrics are established through real-world probabilities NOT possibilities, experienced firsthand by the DHT Cadre providing the instruction. The culmination of Basic, Intermediate and Advanced skillsets will take place over the course of two (8 hour) days designed to
achieve the highest degree of confidence in your handgun. Students considering this course should be in good health with full mobility and should expect to be both physically and mentally challenged to ensure the retention and proper utilization of each principle. It will not be easy, but neither is a gunfight.
What will make the difference between life and death when faced with an equally armed, determined aggressor? The answer is TRAINING. In the words of Greek Philosopher/Poet Archilochus “We do not rise to the level of our expectations; we fall to the level of our training.” DHT offers this unique opportunity for citizens to be exposed to the latest tactical principles being proven around the globe.
We are the embodiment of the first 3 words written on our Nation’s founding document; “We the People.”
