Stimulus Technologies has provided IT support for over 25 years and continues to grow. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team in a part-time role, 15 to 20 hours a week.

In this role you will contribute to existing marketing programs including current campaigns, social media, content, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a variety of marketing functions including working with a CRM, posting on social media platforms, working on marketing projects with a team.

Job duties include:
- Prepping and facilitating mail campaigns
- Cleaning and qualifying new leads
- Prepping marketing materials for sales team
- Managing marketing inventory
- Marketing admin


Qualifications:
- Past work experience as a marketing assistant or coordinator or similar role
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Office programs: Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media
- Ability to complete tasks on schedule according to a marketing calendar
- Basic graphic design skills a plus (preferred, but not required)
- Familiar with customer relationship management tools – Keap/Infusionsoft a plus (preferred, but not required)

This is not a remote position, must be able to work in the office between the hours of 8 - 5.
