Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager & Loan Officer at Rate in Nevada.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting a sales team, developing marketing strategies, building realtor/builder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- The Loan Officer will develop new relationships in the field and leverage past COI to help customers get into a new home, or refinance.

Qualifications:
**You must be a current Loan officer or Mortgage Sales Manager (with a team) to apply**
Strong Customer Relationship & Communication skills
Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and programs
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a must (2+ years)
