FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

This role provides intervention services for IHFS, working with families, community service resources, and professionals such as medical staff, therapists, law enforcement, and educators. Key responsibilities include screening and assessment, developing service plans, offering training and support to families, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The position requires regular family contact, outreach and prevention services, and the promotion of family self-determination through resource identification. The job also involves administrative functions such as report preparation and compliance with regulations.



Qualifications:
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. The role may require non-traditional hours, bilingual skills, and specialized training. Preferred qualifications include experience in community-based or Boys Town programs. This position also requires physical stamina to handle stressful situations in various environments, including potentially aggressive or hazardous settings. Minimum 1 year of experience including working with children and families required.
