At Homewatch CareGivers of Henderson, we’re on a mission to bring peace of mind through compassionate, personalized in-home care. We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our local presence, build meaningful partnerships, and make a lasting impact in our community.

Your Role
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Growth – Develop and implement strategic outreach and sales plans to expand our referral network and meet growth targets.
- Building Relationships – Establish and nurture connections with hospitals, senior living communities, healthcare providers, and other key referral sources.
- Promoting Our Services – Represent our brand at community events, professional networking functions, and educational presentations.
- Collaborating with Leadership – Share market insights, track KPIs, and provide weekly reports on marketing and sales activities.
- Living Our Values – Uphold our commitment to compassion, respect, trustworthiness, and innovation in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience – ideally in healthcare, home care, or pharmaceuticals
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proven ability to work independently and build strong professional relationships
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with referral partners
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required
