He will bring over 20 years of experience in construction, marketing, and operations with extensive experience in conceptual estimating and as an owner’s representative, establishing budgets and value engineering while maintaining the design concept. Victor excels at guiding the entire construction process while working with the project team to ensure a quality project completed on time, within budget, and most importantly, resulting in a satisfied client.
