About Row House Henderson
RowHouse Henderson is a low impact, full body rowing workout. The 45 minute classes are instructor lead and music driven. 5 class types including weights, stretching and intervals. Class benefits are heart health, sculpting and strength, improved posture, mobility and endurance. No rowing experience necessary. We will teach you and guide you as you start to row and improve your health. We provide much encouragement and support as you start your rowing experience. Join the crew
