With an extensive background and expertise in healthcare, Dr. Lightning holds active Nurse Practitioner licenses across five states, including Arizona, California, Indiana, Nevada, and Texas. Her remarkable career includes serving as the inaugural Regional Clinical Supervisor for a Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southern California, where she effectively oversaw eight clinic locations and managed a team of twenty healthcare providers.
