About Somethin' to Taco 'Bout
Somethin' to Taco 'Bout is a Southern Nevada-based food trailer serving up deliciously different tacos, nachos, and more. Owned and operated by Manny and Riley Franco, this family business officially launched in October 2021.
Manny has built his career in food and beverage services but is especially passionate about great food and beer. Manny comes from a long line of great home chefs and enjoys the challenge of blending styles to create something new.
Riley is a Las Vegas native and UNLV alumnus. Though she has built a career in the non-profit sector, she continues to work as a freelance graphic designer.
