About Clark County Medical Society
To serve the needs of physicians, their patients, and the Clark County community with responsibility and integrity.
Established in 1955, the Clark County Medical Society (CCMS) is a professional organization of nearly 2,000 doctors, medical residents, physician's assistants, and medical students. The organization advocates for physicians and their patients in Southern Nevada, encouraging the delivery of quality health care within the community.
We face a critical shortage of doctors here in Southern Nevada, there is no dancing around that fact. While the nation as a whole seeks to solve the disparity between a historically low number of doctors and an increasingly high number of patients, CCMS works to make our beautiful city a welcoming place to practice medicine.
We work alongside incredibly talented and dedicated physicians to not only attract practicing doctors from all over the United States to our valley but to create educational programs that will raise the next generation of medical professionals right here in Clark County.
