About Beverly E. Coleman Nevada Health Foundation
Beverly E. Coleman Nevada Health Foundation
Since its establishment in 1977, the Beverly E. Coleman Nevada Health Foundation has been a vital force in addressing the healthcare needs of Nevadans. As a nonprofit organization operating under Nevada Health Centers, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to over 50,000 individuals annually across urban, rural, and frontier communities throughout the state. With a proud legacy as one of the first federally funded Community Health Centers, we have expanded our reach to encompass 18 health centers, three mobile health programs, and seven Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) offices, making us the largest provider of primary care for the uninsured, underinsured, and geographically isolated individuals in Nevada.
Our commitment to accessibility and affordability is unwavering. In many cases, our rural and frontier clinics serve as the sole avenue for individuals to access essential healthcare services. To ensure that quality care remains within reach for all Nevadans, we operate on a sliding fee scale based on federal poverty levels. Through our dedication to providing life-saving and health-preserving care, the Beverly E. Coleman Nevada Health Foundation continues to be a beacon of hope, advancing the health and well-being of our community and paving the way for a healthier, more equitable future for all.
