Las Vegas employers and small business owners are invited to join Councilwoman Victoria Seaman and other elected officials for a conversation about employee well-being this September to officially kick off National Recovery Month.
Why employers?
Network with other cause-inspired employers and learn how your business can be part of the solution to the growing mental health and addiction crisis.
Each year, addiction costs Nevada $6.8 billion and the majority of these costs are incurred by businesses due to reduction in the labor force, decreased productivity, turnover, absenteeism, healthcare, and criminal justice. 1 in 3 American households are touched by addiction; these are our employees, customers, families, and friends. It's time we start talking to them.
