The 8th Annual HCC Foundation Golf Tournament will benefit the Alzheimer's Association, an organization providing education, support and advocacy to people facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias including caregivers, health care professionals and families, while advancing research towards prevention, treatment and a cure.
