Small Group Leader – Class of 2027

As a Small Group Leader, you'll play a meaningful role in guiding and mentoring the next class of Leadership Henderson participants. This is a rewarding opportunity to give back, deepen your own leadership, and help shape the experience for the Class of 2027.

Small Group Leaders are expected to attend the following mandatory program events:

• Opening Retreat – September 17–18, 2026
• Mid-Year Retreat – January 8, 2027
• Closing Retreat – June 4, 2027
• Class Graduation Ceremony – June 4, 2027

In addition to these milestone events, Small Group Leaders will connect regularly with their group throughout the program year to offer support, facilitate discussion, and help participants get the most out of their Leadership Henderson experience.
