Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) announced today that its Commercial Lending Team has been awarded fourth place in the 2024 Nevada SBA 504 Third Party Lender of the Year Awards, making CCCU the only credit union in Clark County to be recognized among the top honorees.

[LAS VEGAS, Nev.] May 15, 2025 – Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) announced today that its Commercial Lending Team has been awarded fourth place in the 2024 Nevada SBA 504 Third Party Lender of the Year Awards, making CCCU the only credit union in Clark County to be recognized among the top honorees.
The award highlights the credit union’s ongoing commitment to supporting Southern Nevada businesses through smart, community-focused lending. The U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for small businesses to acquire commercial real estate, equipment, or make other major fixed asset purchases.
