Steven Snow Talks SBA Innovation and Small Business Trends on Nevada State Bank's 'Through the Door' Podcast

LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank (NSB) has released the latest episode of its podcast series, “Through the Door: The Insider’s Perspective on Running a Business.” In “Episode Thirteen: Takin’ Care of Business(es),” host Megan Comfort interviews Steven Snow, Pacific Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), who shares how his entrepreneurial journey and regulatory challenges inspired his mission to improve SBA accessibility and support for small businesses. Snow breaks down common misconceptions about the SBA and highlights new tools and initiatives designed to support entrepreneurs. He also discusses emerging trends such as onshoring, workforce development, and AI adoption.

Appointed by President Donald Trump in February 2025, Snow oversees SBA operations in Nevada, California, Arizona, Hawaii, as well as several U.S. territories and Pacific Island nations including Guam, American Samoa, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. He is a strategic leader with deep experience in operations, product development, and data analytics, and has held leadership roles at SmarterX, Signal Automotive Inc., and TrueCar, Inc. Snow earned his master’s degree from Tulane University.
