Sansone Companies Breaks Ground in Henderson on Centurion Mixed-Use Development

24-Acre Mixed-Use Project to Bring 600 Multifamily Residences and Major Retail Offerings to the Valley

Sansone Companies, a premier commercial and residential real estate development and management firm in southern Nevada, celebrated the groundbreaking of Centurion Mixed Use (Centurion), a new horizontal mixed-use development that will deliver 600 multifamily residential units and commercial retail space across 24 acres directly adjacent to the future 63-acre Inspirada Station by Station Casinos. Centurion is anticipated to be completed in three phases over the next five to seven years.

Phase One, now underway, will deliver over 80,000 square feet of retail space across nine contemporary buildings over a ~10 acre site. Current tenants include Sprouts, a tavern, and various food and services such as a nail salon and wellness center, with more to be announced, helping establish Centurion as a new up and coming neighborhood hub.

Phases Two and Three of Centurion will introduce the residential component of the project and include a total of approximately 600 multifamily units across four modern residential towers, along with a leasing office, clubhouse, and a wide range of resident amenities.
