You walk into the room confident in what you’re about to say, and the response isn’t there. Often, that has nothing to do with whether what you’re saying is accurate or well thought out.

The issue is that the audience isn’t yet in a place to review solutions.

Even when everything you’re communicating is correct, it won’t be received if the audience hasn’t reached the point where they are ready to consider options.

That process is The Buyer’s Journey.

This in-person workshop focuses on understanding how people move through The Buyer's Journey and how storytelling helps guide understanding before a decision is ever on the table. The emphasis is on recognizing where an audience actually is and communicating in a way that makes sense for that moment.

  • The stages of the Buyer’s Journey and how people move through them
  • Why presenting solutions too early creates resistance
  • How storytelling helps an audience recognize and understand their problem
  • How to identify where someone is in their decision process
  • How to communicate in a way that matches what the audience is ready to receive

Workshop Format

This is an in-person lunch workshop. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own brown bag lunch. The session is interactive and focused on practical application through discussion and real-world examples.
