December Networking Breakfast

Join us for our December networking breakfast. We are pleased to have Brian Burton, President & CEO of THREE SQUARE as our guest speaker.

Brian Burton is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

Brian’s career began as a controller for Centex Homes, but quickly evolved into humanitarian work after serving as an associate pastor at a Baptist church in Dallas, Texas.  He then served for 14 years as Executive Director at the Wilkinson Center, a faith-based nonprofit organization lifting people out of poverty through education and emergency services.

Brian relocated from Dallas to Las Vegas in April of 2011 to become President and CEO of Three Square Food Bank.  Since his arrival, Brian has helped Three Square develop into one of the fastest growing food banks in the nation.  With his strong leadership and passionate vision for a hunger-free community, Southern Nevada’s only food bank has established itself as a trailblazer in the field of food sourcing and distribution.
In 2018, Three Square distributed more than 39 million meals, the equivalent of more than 47 million pounds of food and grocery product.  Three Square works with a service network of nearly 1,400 community partners including nonprofit and faith-based organizations, schools and feeding sites, which help Three Square serve more than 164,000 individuals monthly.
Now in its eleventh year, Three Square, which has been in operation since 2007, is a member of Feeding America, a national network of member food banks that engage our country in the fight to end hunger.
When Brian is not working, he enjoys writing, reading, bird-watching, traveling, and hiking up Mt. Charleston.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration

Please join us at The Quail House-Senior Living Refined Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Thursday, December 12th at 1:00 pm
 3695 E. Quail Ave.
Las Vegas, NV 89120

The Quail House Proven Philosophy
Borrowing from our Scandinavian neighbors and their proven methods of quality senior care, the Quail House philosophy is a purpose driven model unique in the Las Vegas Valley. The Quail House is designed to be a close-knit home with an intimate community that eliminates ‘warehousing syndrome’ by creating opportunities for resident participation and responsibility.
With the help of our dedicated chef, cleaning staff, and care partners, our residents find purpose through participation by pitching in to help with ‘supervising’ and partaking in the day-to-day affairs of the home.
Our care philosophy, based on the belief that it is a community’s responsibility to preserve the health, safety, comfort, and general welfare of our seniors, leads us to provide outstanding service to those that may be suffering from loneliness and anxiety, and may require special care. We are dedicated to meeting the basic daily needs of seniors who need help with everyday activities that exceed what their loved ones can provide.
The Quail House is a home for seniors who want specialized care and luxurious accommodations. Our goal is to provide you and your loved ones that individualized attention you need and deserve.
