The Beyond Privilege workshop equips leaders and professionals with the awareness and communication skills needed to build respectful, effective workplaces and communities. Through guided discussion and practical strategies, this session helps attendees strengthen cultural awareness, improve dialogue across differences, and foster environments rooted in understanding, accountability, and growth. This Spring Break Youth Entrepreneurship Lab is a hands-on, confidence-building experience designed to help young people think like entrepreneurs and leaders.
This is not a babysitting camp.
This is real-world skill building.
Students will work in small teams to create a mini business concept while learning foundational entrepreneurship skills including leadership, teamwork, communication, and basic money concepts such as pricing, cost, and profit.
The program emphasizes confidence, creativity, and collaboration in a safe, structured, and supervised environment.
Who should attend:
Youth ages 10–16 who are curious, creative, or interested in learning leadership and business skills. No prior business experience required.
