In early 2023, we embarked on a journey to explore potential investment opportunities for cigar lounge locations.
During our visits to various sites, we paused at a local yogurt shop to share our impressions. As our conversation came to a close, I casually remarked, “It’s unfortunate we’re not opening one of these.” I envisioned how much our children and granddaughter would relish being part of such a business.
We identified a location on Water Street and were optimistic a yogurt/ice cream shop would capture the hearts of many.
That day, our light-hearted conversation evolved into a vision that ignited the Nevarez family’s passion.
